HANDE YASARGIL — COACH

Hande brings extensive experience in coaching in diverse cultures and industries.

Hande is an international executive coach and leadership consultant with extensive experience in diverse geographies, cultures and industries. She helps senior leaders to develop to become the best version of themselves as a leader with more skill.

Her MA degree on HRM and HR executive experience, combined with her BA degree in psychology and psychotherapy trainings, provide a unique foundation for her executive coaching practice and an ability to understand leaders and teams deeply.

Being a lead coach for the INSEAD Business School, Hande is a regular contributor to executive education programs such as IDP (International Directors Program), LEAP (Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice) and Global Executive MBA.

A leader in the HR and coaching professions, Hande served in VP and Board Member roles in Turkish and European Associations of HR Community. She was also the founding President of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Turkey.

She taught OB and Leadership courses as an adjunct professor for Istanbul Bilgi University and Koc University Executive MBA Programs.

Hande is the founding chair person of ‘Women on Boards Association Turkey’; she regularly writes, speaks and works on diversity and inclusion, women leadership and gender equality topics.

Hande is a graduate of INSEAD's Executive Masters Degree program in Coaching and Consulting for Change. She has also completed certification programs at INSEAD on ‘Clinical Organisation Psychology’, at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government on ‘The Art and Practice of Leadership Development’ and at Tavistock Institute on ‘Group Dynamics at Board Level’.
