Francesca is an experienced organisational development consultant and specialises in leadership development and executive team coaching.
She is passionate about the power of developing the right culture and paying attention to leadership, engagement an team effectiveness in driving sustainable business performance and improving organisational health – supporting leaders in getting the most out of themselves, their teams and their organisations.
A Chartered Accountant (FCA), having trained and spent the first 8 years of her professional career as a financial auditor at PwC, Francesca’s combined experience brings a commercial edge to her practise. Those years spent working alongside her audit clients has given her a rich experience and insight into the many challenges and paradoxes faced by business leaders. It is this insight that enables her to partner effectively with business leaders and create business-led solutions.
Transitioning out of the audit practise in 2010; Francesca worked with many different businesses within PwC; coaching leaders through change - helping them develop their vision and engage their people – and working with senior teams, coaching them to be more effective. She left PwC in December 2016 to set up her own business and currently works with clients across all sectors and in various industries.
