Emily’s open & engaging approach allows her to build a foundation of trust with her clients.


Emily has over 18 years’ experience and has worked in HR advisory roles alongside directors and senior managers in large organisations such as PwC, BP, Prudential, a number of large Government Departments and several NHS Trusts.  

Emily set up her HR consultancy in 2006 and works with both large organisations, SMEs and individuals to help her clients through substantial change programmes and/or more personal focussed projects to assist them in fulfilling their potential.  

With an open and engaging approach, Emily’s style allows her to build a good foundation of trust with her clients, supporting her belief of assisting people to fulfil their potential to gain the success they deserve.  Many of her clients have expressed feeling empowered to build clear action plans, practical solutions and understanding where there are barriers preventing them from moving forward.

Emily has an MSc in Human Resources, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds an accredited qualification in coaching from Henley Business School.
