Sarah is an APECS accredited coach and facilitator specialising in leadership, change and transition. After more than 20 years of experience in business, at board level and then as a company owner, Sarah now coaches individuals, groups and teams. Her primary aim is to give her clients time, attention and a space to think, creating a learning environment in which they can develop awareness of themselves and others, establish priorities, embrace change, optimise their performance and achieve their goals.

Sarah has a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and has worked as an associate coach on Henley's Executive Education Programme. She is currently working towards a Doctorate of Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University focusing on career transition, including promotions, new roles, career change and return-to-work.

Sarah believes that everyone can flex and adapt to changing circumstances, and enjoys seeing her clients experience this for themselves, working together with them to create holistic solutions to complex and multiple demands.  Her empathetic and insightful approach, together with her clear focus on real and current challenges, helps her clients to liberate their talent and capability so they can forge dynamic and creative solutions.
