Veronica is a highly experienced coach, working with C suite and senior executives around the globe. In her role as Director of Human Capital (Assurance) at PwC she coached leadership teams and top talent at different stages in their careers and she particularly loves coaching those facing new challenges as they transition into new leadership roles.
She quickly establishes trust with her clients and creates a safe environment to help people recognise and build on their strengths and identify areas that might limit their potential. Veronica has a genuine interest in business and her coaching style is one grounded in a commercial context.
Through her strong analytical and listening skills Veronica has a unique ability to help her clients focus on their key areas of development. She uses a range of techniques and tools and asks challenging and pertinent questions, enabling her clients to reflect on how they might enhance their performance.
