As an International Executive with over 30 years’ experience in corporate HR roles, Carol was known as a commercial, pragmatic and authentic operator – qualities that are also apparent in her coaching style. A credible and respected trusted advisor and influencer at the highest level of the organisation, in her corporate life she had a reputation for delivering challenging HR, and broader business, initiatives and objectives in demanding and complex environments. She is a chartered member of the CIPD and holds an executive coaching qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
