Wendy is an experienced, qualified executive coach who works with a wide range of individuals, whether seasoned professionals or emerging leaders looking to enhance their performance. She helps them to identify clear goals, challenge their current thinking and build their confidence to enhance their effectiveness and performance.

Wendy started her career in Marks & Spencer plc and held a variety of senior management roles including Head of HR across the Store Development Group. A highly commercial role, it required persuading and influencing at senior levels to ensure people continued to be valued and motivated enabling them to deliver significant profit and unparalleled customer service. 

For the last 6 years Wendy has set up her own business, providing career and Executive coaching. She also delivers workshops and seminars that are engaging and informative about improving performance of leaders and teams. Wendy has worked with a wide range of organisations including large corporates, family run businesses and the public sector. Clients have included: Whitbread plc, Eurostar, Monsoon, NBC Universal, British Council, Ragdoll Productions, IMG, Arup, PepsiCo, Bucks County Council, RBKC, and National Literacy Trust.

Her humour and integrity ensures each session is professional yet fun. Wendy is a trained Action Learning coach and also in neuro-linguistic programming.
