As a coach, Ali believes in creating the right safe space for clients to be present, learn more about themselves and their purpose, what they love and indeed their impact on others and how they can best navigate their world as they perceive it to be. A strong believer in challenge as part of any coaching relationship, she is also committed to creating supportive relationships with clients and ones that encourage real reflection and action in equal measure.
Ali is an HR and Change Exec with over 30 years of experience at exec and board level across financial services. She has worked at Plc level as Group HRD and was part of the founding team of a start up challenger leading through to a successful IPO. Since then, she has completed an MSc in Behavioural Change and Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and continued with an executive interim career. She now works as consultant across a range of sectors and as a coach and mentor with private and corporate clients.
