Nichola is a highly experienced coach who works with leaders to develop their business potential in the context of both their current and future work environments.

Nichola has a business background in the IBA, Logica, Coopers & Lybrand and PwC she understands what organisations are like, appreciating their challenges, frustrations and opportunities. She has led her own HR and OD teams and as an independent has worked with a range of organisations and cultures.

Nichola works closely with her clients to build a real understanding of their needs and the context within which they operate. Her style is characterised by a warm and relaxed manner and a collaborative, pragmatic and realistic approach. She holds a strong belief in the value of working with people’s strengths and building on these to enable individuals to work at their best; as well as understanding what derails and questioning assumptions around how things work. Through this approach she enables individuals to see the different choices they have and create futures, which realise the potential for themselves and their organisations. She helps her clients develop outcomes that really work. Her particular interests lie in the area of developing more collaborative and contextual leadership.

Nichola’s clients include: PwC, HSBC, Arup, Charles Taylor, Centrica, AT Kearney, SH Hambros, Mishcon de Reya, Fladgate, Bradford and Southampton Universities. She is also currently part of the faculty for the NHS Leadership Academy.
